Swollen testicle

What herbs would you suggest for swollen right testicle, with no pain. I have tried Fasting, Liver Flush with herbal Antibiotic and high doses of vitamin C with mucusless diet. Swelling has not gone down. Many thanks for all your help and advice. Tweet
