I think these things are either protozoans or copepods. They are aquatic and need water, thats why they are under skin. They can asexually reproduce called 'budding' hence leaving a leopard like pattern all over skin. They blow this white sticky defense substance that paralyzes fish.
I found this out since i realized these arent worms, they have very thin tubes for breathing. They do have blk and silver tentacles. They ARE my hsir all over cuz their fossilized parts from budding is blocking off entire follicle. I put ivermectin/ praziquantel on skin. It works. I think this is a link to morgellons as well as All greek mythology. They discovered the microscope and had stories like medusa and hydra etc. Cuz these things start as blk specs but grow rapidly. Their tentacles can get long. Look up copepods.
