Ihaven’t explained myself very well.

It's the relative ph level between the duodenum and the ileum not the he absolute levels. There is a brake mechanism at the ileocecal valve, which is the main mechanism to control transit of a meal through the small intestine, allowing essential nutrients to be absorbed; including lipids and magnesium.

It's nothing to do with the awful soap stone argument that has caused division for decades. It's not to be discussed in the support forum. The mechanism for the formation of primary enteroliths is understood relatively well but have not been studied under liver-flush conditions.

Magnesium sulphate will contract the gallbladder and relax the smoothe muscles.
