thanks, i will def. try this. i did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) again this morning with somewhat warmer water, drank a little bit of extra water, then got afraid the extra water would dilute the salt too much in my system. at a complete guess, it feels like i'm only expelling a 1/4 of what i'm drinking over a period of 3hrs or so. i am very physical on the job early in the morning, so i'm afraid of doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) before those mornings. however i've also not had a significant movement since day 1, which can't be right...?
