Re: Do I really need an enema before a flush
From 2012 to 2020 I have done over 21
Liver Flushes & over 90 coffee enemas. Yes, it is a little scary the first time, but if you follow the protocols & don't skip steps, you will be fine. When I first began I would always do a
coffee enema 1-2 days before the liver flush. If I'd do the CEs earlier than just a few days, I would get nausea during the several hours after taking the olive oil/lemon juice mixture. This is because you need to get some things cleared out like old sludgy bile, parasites, etc. I also take 2 Betaine & 2 Ornithine along with my
Liver Flush mixture (no water). This really helps prevent nausea for me. Another thing I do is mix the epson salts in apple juice instead of water- this helps the bitter taste immensely! I also do a
Coffee-Enema after the LV has run its course & take 2 activated charcoal capsules. I then do castor oil packs with heating pads on my liver & kidneys to help detox them. So I lie down with one under my upper back & also have one on top of my liver area for an hour. So, for ME it is very important to do a
Coffee-Enema BEFORE & AFTER a LF. It is a big commitment to do the apples (I think there's way too much
Sugar from drinking a lot of apple juice), the CEs before, & after, the fasting, then the castor oil packs, BUT it is sooo worth it!!! Remember, after you've done this awhile, you can find what works best for YOU. Hope this helps.
