i have been drinking the "new" smooth move chocolate variety with no cramping at all. in fact, it is so comfortable, i wonder if it is working at all? anyone else try this? im going to mix it up and have a "health king" "easy-going & colon clean" herb tea tonight. any other varieties out there?
