Sneeze away !!

Why do we sneeze?? Oh, I know you have your ideas, what I learned from Crptozians, is the purpose of the sneeze, is to force oxygen deep into the capillaries, b/c there are toxins present, for which additional oxygen is needed, to burn off. Like disease microbes. I typically sneeze in pairs, so I try hard to take a couple deep breaths, after the first one and before the second. Your bodies are combustion machines which require oxygen to burn microbes. About 1/3 of your energy does not come from the Krebs cycle. Where does it come from? People who stifle their own sneezes, are asking for trouble. Inhale deep and let it go, with full force as you can !! Most of your physicians of today, 99.9973% of them are unaware of this.
