tonight i suddenly got really hungry thinking i'm not going to eat anything solid for 10 days (and then some, cos i plan to do Dr. Schulze 's 5 day Liver Flush right after).... so i ended up pigging out on cinnamon raisin bread!! :-( !!!! which isn't the best way to prepare for the MC... but at least it was organic :p:p !!!!
