Hello Reborn,
I just read this thread that is 3 years old and I was wondering - how are you feeling? How did your Iodine journey continue?
I have been supplementing Iodine over a year, experimenting with the dosages, Lugols, Iodoral, companion nutrients, salt loading etc. currently on 100mg, recently feeling a tight throat hence I started researching about that topic.
