youre welcome. answering an isolated question is risky, and so is taking that advice or otherwise using such info.

there are other "companion" nutrients which help with uptake and utilization, like selenium, boron, B vitamins and C.

i like potassium chloride (salt substitute like NUSALT) for potassium supplementation. potassium is a bigger problem for more people than anybody knows.
