Re: 21 year old with fluke infestation help please

From the picture, it loojs like you have Fasciola Hepatica (liver flukes) plus an unidentifiable Schistosome (blood fluke). Seems like these days a Fascioloid fluke is always accompanied by a schistosome. You probably were infected from eating contaminated imported watercress, water chestnut, water bamboo, etc, at an Asian restaurant like I have been infected. Or possibly Tilapia fish imported from China, where raw human sewage flows into the fish ponds where tilapia is raised commercially.

Both of these trematodes are bad news and I’ve been fighting a similar infection since April, with only marginal success... my first round of praziquantel was waaaaaay subcurative and only put a small dent in them. 2nd round was 60mg/kg body weight per day for 3 days in a row. That set off a massive die-off where I shat out more than 2000 dead intestinal flukes ranging in size from 1/4” long to 2” long, all apparently some strain of Fasciolopsis Buski. Also Probably more than 1000 Schistosome pairs. I didn’t know what I was looking at first.... thought all the stringy mess was something left over from the flukes until I examined one under a strong light and big magnifying lens and freaked the eff out when I saw the tiny suckers on each head of the male/female pair. My immune system was overwhelmed with handling all the toxins dumped from the disintegrating worms and for 4 days I was probably on the edge of death. Two full moon cycles after recovering frim that, I felt wierd movement activity in my guts and started feeling general malaise, and so dosed myself with another 60mg/kg regimen of praziquantel and am still shitting out a new batch of freshly grown flukes and Schistosomes.... probably 309-400 flukes and unknown hundreds of schistosomes. The furst few flukes were huge... over 1” long and 1/2-3/4” wide, fresh kills still firm with their fangs intact and sharp as hell... tore gouges in my colon, rectum and butthole getting tgem out. I guess tgat was their last act of defiance against me for violently evicting them from their new home.
