Re: Inflammed Gallbladder Acute Cholecystitis

Take magnesium glycinate 3-4x per day ~ 100-400mg per dose.

Stop gluten

You can do any of the flushes, take your pick.

I've been drinking lots of vegetable and apple juice and dandelion, chammomile, stone-breaker or Chanca Piedra tea and peppermint

Which vegetable juices?

Try taking dandelion or artichoke herbs alone and see what they do. Peppermint is probably good.

Do you know your ayurvedic constitution? Have you had problems in the past with garlic, cayenne, or other spicy food?

Schulze tells everyone to eat the diet that worked for him.

Keep diary to see what triggers the attacks.

Overweight, underweight, hypothyroid, low body temperatures?

Recent dental work or vaccinations?

In acute attacks usually pitta pacifying settles things down.

Apple juice for vata can be very aggravating.

If it was me I would first try to figure a way to settle things down, find a proper diet and then do flushes. If you jump into flushes without having a safe routine to go back to once they are over you will probably get worse.
