EXTREME pain at night in hands arthritis Cures?

at night when im sleeping i can feel things like termites eating into my fingers "tunneling" into my hands, the pain is so great i might also scream. my hand becomes a feeling of fire and ice and sometimes i can not move it in a crippling agony. this has been for a year or so now.

ive been rubbing ivermectin into my hands with dmso it helps a lot but is not curing the infection. i feel the parasites in there seems they are some kind of little grub i want to get an mri just to see if you can see them.

anything anyone can think of doing for to kill these things? i will get abenadol too and rub it into my hands.... ill do anything this is the worst pain ive ever felt.
