Please help me figure out these lumpy legs.

I am having a problem I hope someone can help me identify. For the last several months, my legs and ankles have been swelling. Usually it's by the end of the day and then in the morning it goes down. When it's really bad it will take several days for them to return to normal. Once my legs return to normal, I can feel these lumps along my shinbones and sometimes I can feel lumps that move in my calves.

I have had a kidney panel, kidneys are fine. That was the first thought with the edema. Liver is also fine. Blood count fine. There is nothing to indicate any damage to any organs. I went to the emergency room because one of the legs got really painful overnight and a large bruise showed up, near the ankle. They did a doppler ultrasound because I thought it was blood clots and that one was going to dislodge. They found nothing vascular. No clots and blood flow was normal from knee to foot in both legs.

I have been doing a lot of detoxing including dry fasting for a year now and I am wondering if I have the worlds most backed up lymphatic system and that these lumps are part of it. The other curious thing about the lumps is that when my legs return to normal size, they are extremely sensitive to cold and they hurt.

I am thinking maybe parasites? Blocked lymph? Constipation is a major problem for sure. I also recently have been so sore and stiff when I sit for longer than 10 minutes that moving is painful and I'm just 44.

Any insight here would be helpful.
