Can magnesium in water disturb my fast?

Hi.

I'm about to start 3-4 week Water Fast mainly for curing myself from IBS. I have gathered enough fat for the fast and i believe i have enough nutrients in my system for a long fast. Maybe i will have 3-4 dry fast during the fast towards the end. I've read that it's best to have nothing but water during the fast. I just received 4 water filters (for filtering jug, they we're cheaper if at least 4 were bought) which add some magnesium to the water.

I thought about buying one extra filter which is not as good but does not magnesium to the water, just to be sure that the fasting process is not disturbed by the magnesium. I guess the amount is quite low and i figured it should not matter but i'm not sure.

Anybody care to confirm this so i can have peace of mind =)? How about the dry fast? Should i do it? I read that one dry fast day kind of equals 3 Water Fasting days and when on it, the body somehow burns toxins within the cells.

Thank you in advance.
