Help ASAP!

Hello there, my name is Chris, so my question is that a month ago I was admitted to the ER for pain, being dehydrated, headaches as well as vomiting. They came back & said that my blood Sugar was a 1,000 & I have never been diagnosed with pre-diabetes in the past & all my blood work came back normal. Well, my doctor has taken me off of one vial of insulin which is a sliding scale, I also take Metformin one pill twice a Blood pressure pill. I haven’t had to give myself shots as much since I have started your Keto diet, I have lost about 25lbs, I’m 6’8 & was 328lbs in the hospital but I weigh roughly now about 306lbs. Plus I have started going to the gym about twice a week. Now that this stuff is reversing back to normal, I have a separate issue. Since I live in Texas & our allergies are usually bad year around, for the last 4 days I have had a slight headache behind my right eye which causes slight blurred vision but not bad & I believe it is being caused by the lisinopril blood pressure medicine, but my question is how do I get this headache & vision problem to go away?
