Sweating in the kitchen and hard sweat work in general is coded into us, otherwise we wouldn't sweat !! I'm no genius, I go by intuition and it seems sweating is an activity enjoyed by many, including the athletic types !! Haha, I bought a beat up old ugly property house last summer, and sweated my tail off doing more work than the other house flippers wanted to do, and now have a sweet homestead that I saved !! Kinda like some old cars, tractors and dames I've worked on previously, it gives me some measure of joy to see things restored. A good cook is hard to find !! No need to advise on not giving up, I've succeeded in everything I've endeavored to my content. I look for the next challenge, which is to find a good cook, who can poach my eggs just right in the morning or evening. Tweet
