yep. took the boys downtown with a handful of microfiber blankets and white socks to had out to the homeless. NIGHTMARE. those folks are in the most terrible shape ever. laying on concrete, open sores, filth - it was horrific. i dont even know if it was the right thing to do to let my grandsons see that. it was insane. i cant get it out of my head so i guess im gonna have to look into what else i can do. how can a society abide that? this country has changed.
