Value of a Woman or Man as a cook

I bet you're busy, with what all them dogs and all, how do you ever find time to make meals from scratch ? got any family recipes was handed down to ya ? I think that without good eating, life becomes miserable, the value of a good cook in a home is more than she could earn working a job in a lot of cases, if the woman knows about iodine, boron, vit K, et cet.
