Rhabditiform? (Photo)

This was just hanging out on my window sill today. Everyday my windowsill is covered in the little black things as seen in the pic. It seems to only happen when my window is open, even a crack. This is a first though. The red larvae is about 2-3 mm.
Are these things blowing in from outside? Wtf!!!Im trying so hard not to lose it but I'm starting to effing lose it here!
I'm going to try to look at it under the microscope if I can get the thing to work. It appears to possibly have a bursa or maybe its just it's buccal capsule. If I had a better microscope I could get a better look
I'm thinking it's obviously a roundworm right?Strongyloide, hook or some other zoonotic species?
I'm really not a lunatic I swear!

Thanks for any help anyone can give.
