Topical moxidectin

Yesterday I made a mixture using moxidectin (1 tooth click) about 1 ml of DMSO and 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil. I rubbed it on the problem areas of my skin. It helped the crawling sensation almost instantly. This morning I woke up and there was dead larvae (I presume) hanging out on the edges of my pores. I could literally just flick them off of my skin. I will take pics with my microscope when I'm home.
I should note, I've been using ivermectin for over 6 months and dosed once orally with moxi before doing this as I've read you need to work up to being able to use moxidectin without unbearable die-off.
