Want to get better but really want to avoid the LF
Hey everyone. I've been battling
parasites for a long time and feel I'm doing a lot right, but I know there are things I could do to step it up but haven't brought myself to doing so yet.
I have a wide range of buggers, confirmed through bioresonance, and the ones I see most frequently when I
parasite cleanse is flukes. Those seem to be the toughest to get rid of.
I've done the RX route, which helps briefly but then it comes back, and I do take 1 tablespoon of barefoot dewormer a day (or every other - which may not be enough), and 3-3-3 LBBs per day. I also recently started Zymex II which I think has been the most helpful thing I've tried. The zymex immediately helps reduce my bloat and moves gunk through -- I think much moreso for me than the LBB. I read on BHs site that taking a tablespoon of olive oil with lecithin is helpful for the liver, so I try to do that most days when I remember. However, I am not liver flushing...I tried it a couple times years ago and it made me really sick (which I know it can), but I cannot get sick like that because of another health issue I have...it's dangerous. What are the alternatives? Are the LFs really necessary? Any other tips or tricks outside of flushing?
Also, diet wise..I eat very healthy during the week but give myself a break on weekends. What does a good diet for
parasites look like? I avoid sugar, bread, and processed foods almost entirely (though I do cheat here and there) but I haven't given up the wine on weekends. A must?
