Re: Enlarged prostate

Yes, MG doses are used for REPLENISHING levels of Iodine throughout the body.
Testing for Iodine levels is best done by a loading test to see
HOW MUCH Iodine IS DUMPED IN URINE.

In other words, there are not really reliable blood tests, because iodine is distributed unevenly throughout the body. MOST DR TESTS ARE BLOOD LABS.

Sorry you are experiencing enlarged prostate. :(

These are the co-factors that MUST be started on BEFORE dosing with MG iodine:
* Zinc
* Magnesium
* Selenomethionine (selenium in a cheap form)
* Vitamin C (GRAM doses)
* Celtic Sea Salt or pure sodium chloride (not with E-numbers/anticaking agents in it!)
* Vitamin B2 and B3 (nicotinamide, not niacin)
* Boron

2 weeks on those co-factors, taken daily, is HIGHLY reccommended - because then your cells will be ready to *use* the iodine.
All the instructions for starting iodine and details on cofactors is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IzFKo-r2-Nn8_z0KUrOhHdlanzSuhkuV3QO03XF6YTY/edit?usp=sharing

Magnesium, salt and vitamin C especially help in reducing inflammation and helping the kidneys.
This is a hunch, but you may be needing potassium too!
