That sounds just like how mine started ten years ago, I posted what cured me of everything but the large foot long worm and I think I'm getting it. See if this will help and for me it was a week of albenza that got the small ones fixed also I got doxy which has gotten the medium sized ones but when you start especially on the natural you can feel larger ones crawl out of the rear and start wiggling so wash sheets and vacuum everyday to prevent reinfection.
