Parasites? Please help

I have had Lyme disease for a couple years and fear that I am also infested with parasites. I have been taking scram herbal parasite cleanse along with the 3 Antibiotics , and 3 other supplements my Lyme disease specialist has me taking on a rotating schedule. I have been noticing some strange things in my poo so today I did an enema and tried to pull so out. Unfortunately I think most of them seem to come out earlier in the day so there wasn't much, but I did find what I think are flukes and maybe a Tapeworm piece. It was split lengthwise, and had something that looked like a string bean inside it, but it looks totally different in the jar full of water I put it in. I took some photos but it's really hard to get a good shot. Could someone please tell me if these are parasites or nothing at all. I'm scared to even mention it to a doctor for fear of being label a hypochondriac Tweet
