Which zapper model allows you to input specific frequencies?

I've been shopping around for a zapper for a few months, gathering information... After purchasing and reading Hulda Clark 's book. Let me preface by stating that I am not inclined toward understanding electrical engineering. But from what I understand, she originally discussed a zapper which allowed specific frequencies (corresponding to specific microbes/infections) to be dialed in. Then somewhere down the road she said something about only needing a "positive" frequency and it was a one-size-fits-all... that dialing in frequencies wasn't necessary. However, I like the idea of matching a specific frequency to a specific microbe and have been looking for a zapper which can do this. There is a Canadian guy whose videos seemed good to me but his zapper is the one-size-fits-all. Then I thought the "parazapper" looked like my best option but again I found out they don't sell a model which allows for frequency input? What I am referring to are these types of charts:

I'm a little confused why the one comes specifically from the parazapper website but I guess the zappers sold there don't allow you to input the specific frequency? Please correct me if I'm wrong, and if anyone can direct me to a device that allows for the zapper to be dialed in according to the charts I provide, I'd appreciate it!!! I'm ready to get my hands on one of these and try it out!

BTW in case it helps, the infections I am battling are:

-HPV (confirmed)
-Some virus that gave me viral meningitis summer 2017 (docs didn't know which one tho)
(I've never tested pos for mono/EBV)
-Lyme Disease (previously confirmed, was treated, I still think I struggle with this infection but am not 100% sure)
-Bartonella (previously confirmed, however I don't think I was adequately treated and still have the skin symptoms)
-Likely parasites. Grew up drinking raw goats milk for years. Didn't know I was probably ingesting tons of bugs. Tweet
