Hello, Generally we cannot access human ivermectin as it requires a prescription AND is quite costly. Most of us use veterinary meds which are available and are cost and treatment effective. The horse paste or gel is available on Amazon or eBay or vet or farm supply stores. The dosage is the same as for the horse (by weight). about 10 doses per syringe.
