It took 60 years for "science" to catch up to what Koch predicted, based on simply understanding the underlying chemistry. This is yet another piece of evidence supporting his thesis. Consider MeIQ molecule, being an imidazole-activated amine, which clearly binds basically irreversibly to the FCG of the reticuloendothelial system via methine bonds. How carcinogenic is MeIQ ?? About 100 times that of benzpyrene. Where do you get MeIQ ? Same place as PhIP, it is in your cooked meat.

When the body's normal oxidative mechanisms are inactivated, and when a pathogen comes in, which pathogen would normally be oxidized and burned up, the body's response is to sometimes surround it with cancerous growth, to shield the body from the pathogen. In the cases of other pathogens, the body does nothing. This agrees with not only Koch but also Samir Chachoua, Livingston-Wheeler, and others.
