Silvergen sg6 sediment

So I recently got a Silvergen sg6, and been trying to make a working batch for 3 days now with no success. I'm using the dial at 12 o'clock to try and make a 10ppm solution, but all I'm getting is 2ppm and a lot of visible sediment at the bottom of the bottle and many visible particles floating around the bottle.
I've used store bought distill water and my megahome distiller with good success to start the process. I've used store bought distilled water, and double distill my water with my megahome distiller, which by testing it in max dial with the sg6, actually got the motor to start without the red/green light coming on for 10 minutes, which suggest my water is very clean.
