Are antibiotics necessary for morgellons?

I have unknown protozoa , anerobacteria overgrowth. Doctor prescribed me Tinidazole and Alinia.
The problem is that I also have severe fungal infection. So I'm very afraid if it would make situation even worse. I've heard that ICU recommends Bactrim, Doxy etc for morgellons treatment.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can share experience with antibitoics. Thank you
