Re: dysbiosis & increased intestinal permeability

This is it, this answers everything. The links you gave me are really informative. It's also like learning a new language, but it makes perfect sense.

So, I'll go to the library and get some books tomorrow and do a lot more reading online too.

So far I've read that my problems are all down to diet and stress. Lucky I've made a head start with the fast and my meditation practice.

I've scaled back on my refeeding, now I'm just going to eat lightly steamed greens. No fruit yet as it aggravates the candida I've had most of my adult life. I was eating very complicated salads and that may have been too much for the bacteria in my gut. I understand a little more about the microbiome and systemic illness.

Got to look after those little guys. Gut bacteria outnumber human cells in the body by far, exactly whose body is this?

If the steamed veg doesn't help calm my skin I will Water Fast for a week and I traduce food one at a time.

I feel like I've dodged a bullet.

Thanks again for all the help I've received from WS and Archus!
