"Shall Not Be infringed" means no laws restricting the posession of firearms for law-abiding and mentally healthy citizens can be made. If you can pass the background check to buy a gun, you shouldn't need a permit to carry. There are already sensible gun control measures in place that can't work because all you retards want to pile on firearms rather than fixing the mental health issues that are the reason for mass shootings.

You people lost this argument over 200 years ago when the Bill of Rights was ratified. You're making the same 200-year-old arguments as well. Come up with something new and refute Cesare Beccaria if you want any sort of gun control legislature, or get the f*** out and find a new country to live in.
