Would you direct me or help me plan a refeeding schedule please? I planned on drinking green juice for a week, followed by some easy to digest fruit and raw foods for a week, then some lightly steamed vegetables and then other plant based whole foods. Also, I know my body isn't done healing. Now that big hitter is out the way I'm wondering should I continue to the point of true hunger? I'd like to, but me being out of action is hard for the family. I also know I have gone this far and the doubts come and go.
Pain has a way of tricking you but when that lifts there's a renewed energy. I don't want to take myself out of the oven until the juices run clear.
