The only thing I've eaten for ten months is avocado's, spinach, sauerkraut, strawberries and raspberries. I'm considering adding greek yogurt to my diet as I hear it helps build beneficial bacteria, but I'm worried the worms will eat it. I'd hate to be on a raw diet for so long and add something that sets me back. I know have a candida/yeast problem so the idea of building a healthy guy flora sounds great, but not if it will feed the worms. Has anyone had success with this?
I'm also considering pineapple, but I'm worried about the Sugar feeding the worms. The bromelain in the pineapple is supposed to help kill worms along with the enzymes.
