Help, I broke a 33 day fast in horrible fashion. What should I do now?


So I was originally supposed to Water Fast for 40 days. I made it to day 33, but I completely lost self-control and ate the wrong foods. I KNEW better, I just lost self-control. I ate the following: 8 California rolls (containing brown rice, cucumber, avocado, seaweed, no sauce), a small bowl of brown rice, a small amount of tofu, and a small amount of potatoes. A couple hours later, I ate half a bag of dried mangoes. The next day, I drank a juiced mango. A couple hours after that, I drank another juiced mango alongside another half bag of dried mangoes. Realizing I messed up big-time, I've gone back to fasting in the time-being (it's been about 3 more days).

I've experienced no pain or cramping, but my stomach is constantly gurgly and feels very watery. But my body is very sensitive to water and I can't drink more than sips at a time without feeling bloated. I am concerned that I have caused damage to my intestines and to my organs. I am also concerned about the excess amount of Sugar I consumed in those 2 days. Should I fast more? Should I slowly eat watermelon? Should I see a doctor and get my organs checked? What should I do?
