Getting Helminth Infections Diagnosed

I don't know how many of you are working on getting an exact diagnosis, but I tried some different medications like Praziquantel, and Albendazole and it didn't get rid of the parasite infection so I'm trying to get a diagnosis from a lab.

I had what appears to be one of the parasites come out the one in the picture, however, it was never tested, I had tried rushing it to the John Hopkins ER thinking their lab would identfy it instead the Johns Hopkins Doctors told me they don't take outside samples.

Probably the worst part of my infection is that the larvae go al over including my testicles. I can feel on on both sides on the epidytimis, about half a centimeter in length, they move around when I touch they, it's horrifying pains is worsening every day. I can feel them moving around my abdomen all day it's complete hell.

The following ELISA tests have come out Negative:

Strongyloides, Toxocara, multiple stool tests.

Tests Currently I have pending for next week:

Capsule Study
Colonoscopy
Cysticercosis ELISA
Trichonosis ELISA
Muscle Biopsy
Abdominal MRI
