Toxic bile

I believe you are describing something that happens to at least 5% of people flushing.
I believe it is a reaction to toxic bile.

Remember, every Liver Flush is different !
There are no rules !

The first time people flush, bile flushed could be the most toxic bile.
It could also be a reaction to Epsom Salts .

One thing your should know is that subsequent flushes are usually not as dramatic.
I have done more than 100 flushes.
Very few times I experienced something what you described, but not as dramatic.
And that was during the first years of flushing.

Have not had similar experience for many years.

My flush day these days is just like any other day. No special preparation, except I stop eating early. That is all.


And no negative experiences.

One single flush is not enough to make your liver clean, but may affect your health for the next 3 months (positive effect) .
