How to heal keloid after ear surgery?

Hi everyone,
I'm new on CZ and I'm seeking for some advice... I had an otoplasty (ear surgery) 2 years ago and it healed well for the first few month then it started to grow in a big keloid (I've added a picture so you can see what it looked like). I had to get it removed by surgery and had 2 kenacort injections, now it's not as big but it's still raised and itches and is painful... I never had any keloid in my life and the other ear healed normaly, so I don't understand.
Is there anything I can do to heal it? Did anyone manage to heal their keloid (or hypertrophic scar)?
I'm now painting it with Lugol but it burns and itches so I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not, I'm scared of making things worse...
I tried several other things like tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, aspirin, but it didn't work.
Thank you for reading and I'm really looking forward for some advice, it just makes me so depressed to live with this itchy and ugly scar..
