If they claim to be better than Mesosilver, particularly in the body itself, I would pretty much automatically disqualify them - especially given the huge difference in particle size.
Sovereign Silver is actually one of the less quality colloidal (actually ionic) solutions out there. What they have going for them is a superior sales effort which has gotten their products into a large percentage of retail oulets.

Many products rank ahead of ACS200, no doubt due to the large particle size it has even with a PPM that is much higher than most experts believe is needed (20 to 30 PPM).
And I note that Utopia-Silver 's Advanced Colloidal Silver has improved significantly since it was tested. I actually prefere Utopia myself because I think it has a bit better ratio of colloidal to ionic content (it takes some of both for maximum effectiveness according to what I have read from trusted sources).
