Could this be adrenal insufficiency?

Hi.
I have to eat a lot of times during the day or else I get extremely tired and feel a bit depressed. I wake up at least once per night starving and with the same depressed feeling. I do eat a lot so that's not the problem, and I keep gaining weight. I do have some Betamethasone at home which I could give a try but what dose should would you recommend? Thanks in advance. Tweet
