I don't imagine it'll be all that different from regular braces. Train tracks need to be tightened regularly so the invisalign will probably take the same amount of time. I'm not too sure about costs, because they'll likely be different for every orthodontist, but the pain shouldn't be all that different either. Both are doing the same thing after all.
