Too much

I honestly do NOT KNOW HOW ALL OF YOU ARE DOING IT!!! I can’t do this. Again tonight under attack from worms on scalp. Just like the other day when they all went for my eyes, tonight they went for my mouth. There was so many of them. I tried to snatch them up with tweezers and realized they were like stuck kinda imbedded in me. So I yanked them off making my lips bleed and hurt and again was over taken. That’s when I remembered salt. I ran to kitchen got salt and poured it all over lips... HURT LIKE HELL BUT IT MADE THE WORMS turn to yellow mucus briefly and when that happened they were not connected and I could pull them off. I now have cherry red HUGH LOWER LIP.
