Make sure your thyroid test is a FULL THYROID PANEL.

A full thyroid panel should at least include:

TSH, Total T4, Free T4, Total T3, Free T3, Reverse T3, and thyroid antibodies.

Many endocrinologists just look at the levels of TSH to determine whether your thyroid is fine. But you need to also look at the levels of T3 and T4 etc., EVEN if your TSH is normal.

This happened to me! My thyroid came out normal, but I felt like shit.
