boron , plants

Did you see the one where boron is necessary for proper Sugar transport in plants ? i.e., if the fruit from your trees or vines is not as sweet as should be, it is likely a boron deficiency in the soil. This is easy to look up and find articles about. My pomegranates used to suck big time, now they're actually sweet for the first time in 17 years. How dumb I was... Just don't get too zealous and over-do it. Research a little, then do a little math. As long as I'm on the subject of plants, here's a link some of you all might find of benefit http://customers.hbci.com/~wenonah/min-def/list.htm
