Thank you Tim. It's been a while since I have been to this site. Yes, I am doing as you say, as natural as possible. There are times though that I get very discouraged because my joint/muscle pain and all over dryness has become chronic. If they had only told us what we were taking, I know that I would not have done it. Anyway, that's all in the past and we need to do the best with what we are dealing with now.
