Undiagnosed GI issue

Hi folks -- trying to solve a 3+ week undiagnosed GI issue.

Intense flank and abdominal pain, indigestion/loss of appetite, and change in stool. Images at bottom.

Ultrasounds, CT scans, all blood and urine work have shown nothing, and my initial stool test was mishandled so came back null.

Last week, on my GI's rec I took a single 2mg dose of tinidazole. Thereafter I felt better for 2 days, but on the 3rd day post-dosage my symptoms returned. As of yesterday I've now started on a 7-day 750mg per day dose of flagyl.

Does the following stool resemble parasites?? Thanks for your thoughts
