Where do you get a decent quantity of Potassium? I purchased Potassium Citrate (NOW brand) and the caps are only 99mg. It says it's only 2% of the RDA.

I need to lower blood pressure and not sure how much to take. Math is not my best subject! I'm glad to find this information!
