"Master Cleanse-Lemonaide Diet"!!! Thats how it is posted above on the forums page, I read it too!!! I was drinking some organic apple juice also to help break up the Gallstones (sp?) that arent coming out during my liver flushes. (3 Liver Flushes so far, only small pea sized ones the first flush) anyway, i agree, they need to take that off if it is not in accordance with the official site!:-p Guess I'd better quit with the apple juice, cause I was starving yesterday!
I'm starting day 3 without a headache so far:-) yea, its a good thing cause i was either going to break it or drink a small cup of coffee this morning if my head was hurting again. So far so good!! I couldnt even concentrate yesterday. So glad I've made it to day 3 though. I've lost 5 lbs so I've gotta stick with it! My tongue was yucky this morning so i brushed my teeth/tongue before i did the SWF. I didnt want all the toxins off my tongue going back into my intestines:)
