Be aware that any information from myself is purely based on many years of using Ionic silver.

It is usually about 10 PPM on a TDS meter. I have read that this is not a accurate reading either, but that's what I have.

Occasionally If I forget that I'm making CS it will get to 15 PPM if left for a longer time.

Anyway it works for whatever I have used it for, so I don't use anything else.

You can buy large particle silver [500, 1000PPM,etc.], and who knows if it would stain your teeth.

So the point is you didn't say what you're using.

Also about the only time I use it orally is to gargle with it if I feel a cold, or sore throat.

Tooth /gum pain

If this is persistant, it may be wise to see a holistic dentist to see what's going on.

You can just get an opinion, and suggested course of action.

Have amalgams, root canals?

No help, but maybe food for thought.
