Hi there I am just finishing my 11 day fast and today is oj day. Wow is it ever nice to taste something different. I live in canada and we have no problem getting the dark maple syrup. Out here it comes in light, amber, and dark and you can get it at any health food store. Good luck on your cleanse and enjoy your trip out our way. Where are you coming to in Canada? MM Tweet
